This notice covers the cerect.com website. If you sign up for Cerect, how your account and your business data are handled is covered by our customer terms.
What we collect
If you fill in our contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address and message, and optionally your business name, phone number and the size of your portfolio.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps basic technical logs to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your message. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked us to get in touch. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

- Resend, which delivers the form to our inbox by email
How long we keep it
If you don't become a customer, we delete your enquiry within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To do so, use our contact form. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
