How does the free trial work?
Sign up with your email, name your business and you're straight in. You get 14 days with every feature that's live, and you don't need a card. At the end, choose a plan to carry on.
What counts as a unit?
Anything you let: a storage container or room, a locker, a parking space, a flat, a house or a commercial unit.
Is VAT added on top?
No. The price shown is the full price you pay each month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We'll also import your existing spreadsheet of units, tenants and rents for free.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pay for a year up front and get two months free.
Am I tied in?
No. Plans are monthly, and you can export all your data to Excel at any time.
Where is my data kept?
In London. Every login is protected with two-step verification (an authenticator app code), and each business's data is kept separate.
When will rent collection and online booking be ready?
They're in development now. Start a free trial to try everything that's already working, or ask us where they've got to.
